Risk assessment
· Getting in to body (high risk)
· Cuts to hands ( high risk)
We wear correct PPE. To prevent these risks from happening. To stop it getting in body wears mask and gloves because it will have a massive effect on you later on in life or soon. Then last wear gloves to prevent cuts when installing it and also keep hands away form tinsnips when cutting the lead. we are working to they health and safety act of 1974.
Method statement
We first got our PPE on, and then we made way to the area of work and started to tack the readings from they point to point so were they lead will fit in to the pug joints and sit. Then got a bit of lining paper to mark they points on and made it to fit then used to transfer it to they lead and fit in place. Then check if all is good and well finished (plus clearance).

Dear customer
We have inspected the lead flashing on roof and it has split so we need to replace it.
We first got lead and made way to house were we assembled a mobile tower to get to they area were the lead has split.
Started to rip out existing lead and then cut it to size and left a lip to put back in place and put back strong in place.
Sealed up any gapes then finished of work and pack away (plus clearness).
