Risk assessment

·        Splinters
·        Using power tools
·        Falling objects

We wear correct PPE. To prevent these risks from happening. To stop splinters getting in hand wear gloves so that they get stuck in them, then for power tools must be trained well and safely to use them and now what yours doing and to stop  the frame falling on you keep it well supported. We are working to they health and safety act of 1974.

Method statement

We first got our PPE on, and then we made our way to the area where the stud walling will fit. We started to measure the length and the height of the room to give us a good estimate to cut our timber to a frame fitting. Then we transferred those measurements onto a timber and also took off 30mm from the length so that it will fit easily onto the width of the sides of the frame. We then marked out every 400mm for a vertical timber give it support and make it easier and stronger when plaster boarding. After put in noggins to support the frame and then start to fix all tougher in place and then made any last touches like to check plum and level and pack away (plus clearness).

Quote

Dear customer

We have inspected your area where you want a wall to be built for you to make a sprat room.
So we got the timber and other materials we need for fixing a stud wall together and then started to tack measurements and mark then on the timber.

After all the cuts have been done and marked correctly we fixed the frame with 3 1/2 inch masonry nails and then fitted in place and fixed strong.

And then finished any last touches and checked if plum, level and strong then packed away (plus clearance).
