           We wear correct PPE. To prevent these risks from happening. To stop objects from falling we keep our hand dry when picking up hand basin. Also wear gloves to stop any sharp objects from cutting our hands. Wear boots to prevent any injuries which might occur if the basin falls. As well you must wear goggles when drilling the hole for where the basin will be and in case the person shatters the basin brakes.

Method statement

 First got our PPE on. Then  started to work out the area of where the basin will be and marked, plumb and level on the wall. Then started to assemble the basin together with the taps on before attaching to wall, then offer it up to the  wall and screwed it to the wall to give a fame  fixing .  Then we finished and packed away (plus clearance ).

 We wear correct PPE. To prevent these risks from happening. To stop us from getting hurt or tripping over objects, keep a tidy area at all times, remove pipe from walk ways and work areas. We wear gloves or hard hat when working with pipe and overhead pipe work. Lay dust sheets to stop water getting everywhere and also buckets as well.

Method statement

Wear correct PPE .  Find the split, leaks and damaged piping, when we spot the area we stop water mains and we remove damaged area with a bucket under it. Get rid of the damaged pipe, then take the measurements of the damaged area and fix back into place with new joint connectors, then test for any leaks and other problems then finished (plus clearance).

We wear correct PPE. To prevent these risks from happening. To stop falling from heights we can wear harnesses, helmet and put nets this will also prevent from falling objects as well. Then last for cuts on hand keep gloves on and be careful of the  area, we are working  at height regulations 2005 act and health and safety act 1974.

Method statement

First get the correct PPE on, and then assemble the tower together to a safe and good working height (Health and Safety Acts required) in place for the job. Climb up to the gutter of roof area with the split. Remove and then measure  the size that  is required, make sure its the same shape and cut to length and fit it back in place, and then test if all is good and there are no leaks then tidy site away (plus clearance ).

We wear correct PPE to prevent these risks from happening.  To avoid cuts we wear gloves to protect our hands and lower the risk of getting any. When working with copper piping there is a risk of burns so keep away from skin and wear goggles and gloves at all times. We also worked to the Health and Safety Act 1974.

Method statement

We first got our PPE on. Then we made our way to the copper pipe in the bathroom and turned off the water. Then removed the pipe that had been damaged also putting a bucket and dust sheet to protect the floor so no risk of wet floors or getting through flooring to the ceiling below. Then we cut a bit of copper to size and soldered it together to seal the gap and put it back in place and fit all together and check if leaks or any problems and then finish (plus clearance).
