Method statement

We first got our PPE on, and then we made way to the area of work and seen the problem. It’s was the ball float was split and need to be replaced, so unloosened the float and fitted the new one and removed water that was past the over flow point. After we checked for any leaks or other problems then finished (plus clearance).

Dear customer

We have inspected the water tack up in loft and see they ball flote is split and its letting water rise a lot fast.

We got a ball flote for the tank they same one and made way up to they tank.

Then went up loft to tank to unloosened old flote and installed new one.

After sorted out water and any other problems that I saw and finished and pack away (plus clearness).
